☘️ Celtics Ink Upcoming 20 Year Veteran PG Mike Conley Jr. To One Year Deal

This is a solid move as it adds a veteran floor general to the C's arsenal at PG that already includes the likes of Derrick White and combo guard sharpshooter Payton Pritchard. They got him for pennies on the dollar locking him down for one year at the veteran minimum. At the age of 38, Conley appears to be at the tail end of his career. However, he adds a backcourt presence that is much needed to lead this youthful squad, who have an average age of 25-26 years. His jersey number has yet to be announced.

☘️Why it works: at the veteran minimum, Conley gives Boston's young backcourt a poised, playoff-tested floor general.
