π¦ΈββοΈ Jayson Tatum Bounces Back; Celtics Down Knicks 107-103 In Home Opener
The Stars Shined Bright Tonight At TD Garden

Jayson Tatum struggled mightily with his shooting performance in the Celtics' Season Opener in Detroit to the tune of 6-23 (26%) including 0-7 from downtown. To put it bluntly, he couldn't buy a bucket to save his life. Last night, however, things were much different. In a familiar environment at the TD Garden, Tatum went off for 36 Points on 14-26 (54%) shooting. This included a late dagger to put the Celtics up 106-100 on the Defending Champion New York Knicks with 30 seconds left in the game. Tatum looked like his old self but on the flip side, Paul George came back down to earth. Following his record breaking herculean effort on opening night, he was still effective pitching in across the board with: 15 points, 3 3PTs, 7 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals.

This newly formed dynamic duo worked their magic, executed and got the job done.
Underrated Contribution

An underrated contributor on the evening was backup Center Portuguese Big Man Neemias Queta. He put up: 15 Points (4-8), 1 3PT, 6 Rebounds, 1 Assist and 3 Blocks. While Jayson Tatum clearly stole the spotlight with his superstar caliber performance, Queta's numbers should not be overlooked as his effort off the bench helped immensely.
